Shipping policy

Longefity aims to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

How much is the shipping?

We currently offer free shipping for all orders more than €50 anywhere in the world.

 
How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time consists of two periods.

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.

This will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as the order has been approved by the system, quality assurance is commissioned with a final check and then the goods are packed.

2) Delivery time depending on destination country)

Shipping is by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Hermes, DPD or Deutsche Post.
Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes after:

• Countries in EU: 7 - 16 business days
• International : 7 - 18 business days

until the item is at your home.

*All shipping times exclude customs delays, should any occur. Delays typically occur around the Christmas period.
